A: No. Please do not do this as our custom built systems submit up to
the maximum allowed and if you submit as well you could very easily over
submit, which can result in your website being banned from the search

A: Our custom built systems perform a submission run for you website every
month. However, the system knows that last time your site was submitted
and will never break a search engine rule, for example, when it comes
to XYZ search engine, if the rules for that engine are a maximum of 1
submission every 3 months, it will not submit your site again until this
